My personal approach

I believe a empathic, non judgemental, genuine relationship between therapist and client is a central aspect to a positive therapeutic outcome. This can help with giving space to explore difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe, contained environment.

My Interests

When not working I love to walk and play with my Labrador dog, Rio.  I’m also a member of rock choir and enjoy performing at various events. When I’m not doing those you will usually find me lost in a good book!
