About Psychotherapy / Counselling
‘We recover when we accept and embrace who we are, and we discover what it is to be safe. We recover when we recognise that the powerlessness of trauma is just a feeling, just a memory from the there-and-then, and that we are no longer powerless in the here-and now.’ Carolyn Spring
Psychotherapy/counselling can help you explore your feelings and help you to think more clearly about the choices you have in life, as well as giving you the space to consider any changes you would like to make. It can also help you reflect on past issues and help you process your feelings around them.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually weekly.
